The appointment was on time and all staff members that helped me were professional and courteous. Dr. Sheffer explained everything in language that was easily understood. He also called Dr. Lynch in for a second opinion. All aspects of this visit were professional and informative.
I feel I should have been given a prescription to fight the achilles tendinitis. I would appreciate the if the doctor would call in a prescription at Walgreens to get rid of the inflammation.Thank you
This doctor is very good for a consultation because he is very thorough and explained to me how my condition happened. By the time he was done I didn’t have one question to ask because he is that good at explaining the x-rays and what entails for what my problem was. I really like him and the other doctors that I have seen at Olathe Medical Center !!!!
Dr Sheffer is a friendly person with a great personality !!!! He explained my x-rays to me and explained my condition in such a thorough manner that I didn’t have any questions to ask him . What a great doctor !!!! I’m impressed with the doctors that I have seen so far at Olathe Medical Center !!!
I’m a patient of Dr. Keith Sheffer and he treated my knees years ago. Today, I went in to see him for my feet. God bless this doctor, he gave me hope and great advices for my feet. I went to see him with so much pain. After, his consultation and recommendation, he prescribed the devices for my problems. I went home with less pain and happy walking out to my car. Thank you Dr. Shaffer and his awesome staff.

Dr. Shaffer was overall very professional but pleasant to discuss my problem. He was thorough I his explanation and ended by asking me if I had any questions for him. I was completely satisfied with my visit.
Had two broken toes. Physician was very informative and provided helpful information.
