Before Keith, working with Jordan. He was very hands-off, Ebony was a bigger help and a pleasure to work with. We were happy that we locked our rate but didn't realize that we bought the rate down. That wasn't explained to us, we just assumed we locked the rate and would pay if we didn't use KB Home Loan for our mortgage. Again, happy with the lock now and that we bought it down but that wasn't explained and it was a surprise.
