Mr. Yeargin was extremely helpful....I would have been lost without him when I purchased my first house. He was very professional!!!!!!! I have found another house and after 7 years he was the first person I called when I was looking for someone to close out the deal.

Keith Yeargin was a pleasure to work with in obtaining a mortgage with out of the ordinary circumstances and components. He was very understanding of our situation and extremely helpful in trying to get us back on track with buying a house after our original Mortgage Banker took us for an extremely long and unnecessary ride!

Keith Yeargin and his team have been very patient with me as I have had several major life changes. He is honest, caring and thorough. I highly recommend he and his team. Update July 2015. It took 3 tries for me to buy my new home; I moved from out of state and it was a process to get everything in order. I've had the pleasure of working with Keith for several years on several occasions. He has always responded promptly and enthusiastically. Keith helped my wife and I refi and continues to encourage me every time I get the itch for an investment, and has the personal experience that I trust. He is my go-to guy for all my brokerage needs and I've always felt he has my best interests at heart. Keith was readily available and very knowledgeable about VA Loans and the process for closing on a house. He assisted us in getting the best interest rate and made sure we weren't taken advantage of during closing. His assistant was also very knowledgeable and helpful to us whenever Keith was not available. The two communicated well and always knew what was going on with us regardless of who had spoken to us last. We were very pleased with his services and appreciate that he has continued to keep in touch.
