Keith and his group at Atlantic Bay Mortgage are amazing. All I had to do was provide them with the information they requested and sit back. Everything went smoothly and they take care of all the details and the in-betweens whether buying or refinancing from loan application through closing on your home. Buying a new home can be very confusing and time consuming. However, even when things became difficult I felt secure with Keith advising me and my wife on the nuisances of real estate. Mr. Yeargin with Atlantic Bay was a personable agent. He got to know my husband and I on a personal level. He was available via email or phone 7 days a week. If I emailed him on Saturday, he responded within the hour. During our process, we ran into a snag or two. He was professional, helpful and knowledegable.
