Pressley C did a great job in fixing our problems in a timely matter. He even came early. Was scheduled for next week but was in the neighborhood and was able to get the work accomplished . Which was greatly appreciated so I could turn my polaris pump back on after being broken for several weeks. Thank you as always Marilyn C

Mark always does a great job - very knowledgeable and great personality. Joy to be around.
The only issue was I called the New Braunfels location and they transferred me to the parts department and they confirmed the part was in stock. I went to the New Braunfels office only to be told they don’t have parts there and I need to go to San Antonio. The parts office should’ve confirmed with me the location to pick up the part. Other than that Keith Zars Pools has been excellent and so has their customer service.

Very good crew. They did a great job.
Excellent and timely work
Ian was a good service tech. He examined to me why he replaced the fittings but not the whole hose. It made sense to me and the Polaris is working normally again. My only criticism is that it took 2 weeks for you all to come do the work after I requested the service.
