My technician, Iran, was amazing as usual. He had replaced my Polaris pump about 6 weeks ago something malfunctioned in the pump ( not Zars fault)…. We immediately put in a work order but it took just a bit over 4 weeks for a response. That’s a big deal during oak season…..lot of manual cleaning. Response time was and has been really slow for the several service items.

Spring time, when you have a pool can be a trying time, but if the winter played you a fool and your pool isn't cool Keirh Zars people are ready willing and able to get you lined up before the Texad summer starts kicking your butt.
