I ate at Keke's for the 1st time today and it will be my last. 1st of all I have never been to a breakfast restuarant that did not have sausage gravy. Are you serious? Then I got my bill for 4 people and it was $ 69.14 before a tip. that is $ 80 for breakfast after a tip. So I looked at the bill to see what was so high and they are charging $4 for a1 cup of crapy coffee. The waitress was wonderful and also was surprised they did not have sausage gravy.
$ 17.33 for 2 eggs, homefries, toast, 2 bacon, & coffee - just about had a HEARTATTACK when I seen the price. Waitress stated the homefries were grilled - NOT, deep fried. 1 slice of bacon was broke in half to sell as two slices. Bottom line: Right down the street at a locally own family restaurant: 4 long slices of bacon, homefries, toast, 2 eggs & coffee less than $10 bucks ! My mom and I went this morning to the store in Spring Hill. It wasn’t busy at all we placed our breakfast order around 9:00 and it was 9:45 and we still didn’t get our food I asked our waitress who was still in training and didn’t put our order in. I spoke to the manager and she said it was still in training mode. We left with no breakfast and sadly we will not be back. I loved the food but they really need better servers.
Great food and atmosphere. I hate to write a poor review, but when I found out the corporate fired four outstanding servers last week for having (covered up) tattoos last week (and one was told she’d also be fired if she didn’t remove her nose ring, even though they wear masks), I’ll choose another breakfast place. What a shame.
I went there with my kids for breakfast... Outrageously expensive for below average diner breakfast with a slice of orange... I got an omelette and coffee.... my kids got two kids meals and lemonade... and it was $40 dollars wasn't good.... even the kids hated it. you can get better breakfast for half the price literally anywhere... they got me once... never again.
