100% would NOT recommend this location due to their lack of customer service. I have worked in food services/customer service for several years and have never been treated as poorly as I have here. I never expected it, especially as a military Vet. I highly recommend for each employee who interacts with customers whether it be in person or by phone to be trained or REtrained on how to treat patrons with respect rather than cutting them off mid sentence several times. VERY DISGUSTED. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

It's 2022 how do you not have non dairy options for coffee creamer ? Or almond milk .. would be nice if they updated that for people with lactose issues . Also I waited about 25 minutes for a waffle I asked about twice . I got it and it was so hard I could've played frisbee with it . I have never heard I'm sorry from a waitress more times in my life . Pricey, my server was very poorly trained, asked for a condiment for my breakfast and rather than bring it promptly while my food was still verging on warm, he chose to socialize at the register, play with the computer, etc. I finally got up and asked him for my condiment. Ultimately, my food was cold. It seems difficult to understand why breakfast items would not be properly seasoned. Bathroom was not clean, soap dispenser was empty in the handicapped stall, floors were sticky. I would never go back. Probably explains why ... read more

Just walked out of the Brooksville FL location after wanting to try your Cafe this morning. There were may 7 other tables, all having been served. We sat the for over 5 min and no one said a word, came by, or acknowledged us after the hostess sat us. I got up and asked her if we had been seated in the non service section as we had not been helped. Another waitress said she can get our drinks...she is a very nasty yet she probably thought was sweet, stated she is not our server but is "happy" to get our drinks. Just a rotten ... read more

The service isn't good at all. There were more staff than customers yet our wait for our server was long and drawn out.. I guess we shouldn't expect to be in and out in an hour for breakfast. The wait was long from being seated, ordering and getting our food, which wasn't prepared properly. This restaurant is a real disappointment.

Had breakfast here this morning and there was wax paper in the omelette. The manager wasn't apologetic at all. I had to ask for the meal to be compensated. The glass they served with water in it was cracked and chipped. The manager of that store or the GM whatever she is should definitely not be a manager at all. The

Breakfast was just ok, no hash browns only home fries and I didn't like them at all. Way over priced and coffee was horrible. Could not get anything but breakfast before 10:30. Don't know about lunch or dinner but can not recommend their Breakfast.
