The Rio Pinar location is by far my favorite location. It's located near Florida Hospital on Lake Underhill and Chickasaw. The wait staff (Chris, Ellie, and Oscar) know how to deliver excellent customer service. The food has been superb on every visit. It's frankly the only place in town where I simply love the egg white vegetable omelets, because they taste so good. This is our regular monday breakfast destination! No matter what server you get they are always friendly and helpful. I always get the steak and cheese omelet it is seriously the best! Also the coffee is delicious!
