The host working today is absolutely the rudest, nastiest person I have ever encountered. We ordered online and 2 items were missing. I called and she put me on hold for over 20min. So we drove to location. I explained we were missing items and she rudly told her coworker to go check on the order. the coworker tried to tell her we had all ready picked up order but she dismissed her to go check on it anyways. Horrible service. After taking our order, our server left our drinks and an empty coffee coffee that she’d “be right back” to fill up with the fresh decaf and bring some Splenda. We never saw her again. My friend had to track someone down to get his coffee and sweetener, and again to get a refill. Someone else had to bring our food out to us, which was cold from sitting in the window thanks to our inattentive server. She never checked back once on us. At the risk of sounding like a Karen, I need to share my Mother’s Day experience. I know the stress of working in a busy restaurant, specifically this one because I used to work here!
