I went to this location where not a single person came to the table. I walked out after sitting there for nearly 10 minutes. I went to a competitor (First Watch) across the street. After comparing the menus KeKe's offering is very basic and over priced compared to First Watch. I had never been to a KeKe's before, but now I know I won't.

Pancakes were not cooked, service was slow at best but pleasant. Ambiance, The location reminds me of a cleaner IHop

Food over priced worst pancakes huge and tough; eggs mediocre; long wait for service. Better cheaper breakfast at Denny's or IHOP

The food is actually good. The servers are pretty good but I think it needs to be manage efficiently. We waited 30 minutes with about 10 people waiting. The problem was no one is cleaning the tables. I mean there were more than five tables I can see that wasn't cleared. I watch for 30 minutes and no one try to even pick up the dirty dishes. After being seated, we still had to wait another 30 minutes to get our food. We will not go back.

The food was great. The customer service was disappointing. Waitress didn't greet basically felt ignored. Felt my business wasn't appreciated. Will think twice before returning. Thursday 2pm

I've been to Keke's at the Jacksonville town center and have never had an issue. At the Oakleaf location I had the following issues: My group arrived and was seated right away (great). A group that came in about 15 minutes after we did (we had ordered way before that group was seated) received their food and ours was still missing. Once the food arrived, it was room temperature or cold (depending on the item). VERY DISAPPOINTED, especially when the bill was $80.00 (not worth the quality of the food). Food is good but the service is SO bad! We come back bc we like the food but after the 3-4th visit with the same bad service we won't be back. I have been in the restaurant industry for 20 years and have never seen such bad service. Takes forever for a server to greet you, get your drinks and then the server comes by after you're done to see how everything was tasting. Whoever manages this place needs step it up...

Went here Sunday 11/17 for breakfast. Walked in at and out our name on the waitlist @ 11:24am. Said the wait would be approx 35 mins and the place didnt seem that busy but we said ok. 11:42 table is ready so all good there. Waitress seats us and gets our drink order. We order our food about 5 mins later so approx 11:50. About 45 minutes pass before our server ever comes back to check on us and says " sorry for the wait, we're short staffed on the weekend" . This review is not for the food, since we left before being seated. First, we were told that we would have a 45 min wait (4 adults + 3 children), so we were already contemplating going to another establishment in the area. Then, we were informed that they were out of PANCAKES (?), which solidified the decision to leave. So sad that our first impression was not good. Probably won't return, and will just stick with our usual brunch spot.
