The restaurant is clean and new with bright colors and positive vibes. The chicken wrap I had was off-the-chain delicious. The waitress we had was sweet and very attentive. She gave my daughter some stickers.
Newest location for this company. It's very cute and bright inside. The food is good. Nothing that deviates from other locations. This is the first "westside" location, so expect it to be busy for awhile.
The wait time was about 40 minutes, but they move as quickly as possible. My panini portobello was very good.. Highly recommend it.
This is a new location for the chain and the service was excellent. The servers are very attentive to your needs. I would give 5 stars for service. With that said, the food was just average (3 stars). I ordered a bacon cheese omelette and was expecting them to use slices of bacon but i believe they used bacon crumbles that were too smokey flavored. I went to this location where not a single person came to the table. I walked out after sitting there for nearly 10 minutes. I went to a competitor (First Watch) across the street. After comparing the menus KeKe's offering is very basic and over priced compared to First Watch. I had never been to a KeKe's before, but now I know I won't.

Pancakes were not cooked, service was slow at best but pleasant. Ambiance, The location reminds me of a cleaner IHop

Food over priced worst pancakes huge and tough; eggs mediocre; long wait for service. Better cheaper breakfast at Denny's or IHOP

The food is actually good. The servers are pretty good but I think it needs to be manage efficiently. We waited 30 minutes with about 10 people waiting. The problem was no one is cleaning the tables. I mean there were more than five tables I can see that wasn't cleared. I watch for 30 minutes and no one try to even pick up the dirty dishes. After being seated, we still had to wait another 30 minutes to get our food. We will not go back.

The food was great. The customer service was disappointing. Waitress didn't greet basically felt ignored. Felt my business wasn't appreciated. Will think twice before returning. Thursday 2pm
