I was visiting and stopped by Keke's after family was raving about it. I had the create your own combo and got breakfast potatoes with bacon and a waffle. I debated getting a fancy waffle like the "Floridian", but just got the standard waffle with whipped cream on top. OMG. This waffle was incredible! Delicate, not overly sweet. The service was prompt and kind. I'd love to be back !
We were overnight in Gainesville and I "yelped" for this place. Service was spot on. My Florida pancake, cheese eggs and bacon kept me happy until we got the beach. Husband got raspberry stuffed French toast. Yum. The menu is extensive. You have to make an initial breakfast or lunch decision...it's tough.
I've been here many times and this breakfast spot never disappoints. Anything on their menu is guaranteed delicious.... especially their waffle. Also, clean, spacious, and quick-service!
I have been wanting to come here for a while. I was excited to have a Mommy Daughter day and thought this would be a great place to go! We were here on a Sunday after church. The wait was about an hour. I would have loved to be able to order an coffee and a juice while we waited, but they don't do that. Best breakfast place in Gainesville. My favorite is the banana nut pancakes and the BLT with a close second! This place is great, everyone is so kind. They all help out each other which is something I look for at restaurants... the only things I wish this place could fix is, to have the servers come to the tables more often.. even though there are so many workers, the servers should always be attentive
Nice breakfast place, but there is no variety in coffee, which is why I am giving it 4 *. They only have American or decaf or iced coffee. We ended up not having coffee with our breakfast and went to Starbucks afterwards.
This place was so great! I went with 3 other people and we all got different breakfast options and all of us really liked our food. I got a sundae waffle and it was really good, the strawberries in it were fresh instead of like frozen and it tasted really good, one of the people next to us got a pancake and it looked really good too. I really like this place and if I visit Gainesville again I would want to come here again. Also they have really cute bright paintings in there that I liked being able to see while eating.
Tried a new place ( for us) friendly staff and very clean! That is always a good sign! Let's see how it taste compared to appearance.
We had a delicious time at Kekes AND we had our 7mo olds with us. This was a great experience for a busy holiday brunch. We ordered a stack of pancakes, a Hawaiian omelette, home fries with ham and cheddar and coffee. The pancakes were the star of the show. Big, fluffy, wonderful pancake ness. They were delicious and probably the second best ive ever had. The omelette was good and the pineapple was a good addition.
