This place was fine. A normal breakfast/brunch place. Nothing outstanding about it. It was nice inside. I'm used to Wild Eggs or First Watch, both much preferred to this place. My scrambled eggs were too wet for my liking. Bacon was ok. My husband had to hunt the server down to get coffee, only had 1 refill. He usually requires much, much more. Hands down my favorite breakfast place in gainesville. I always get the stuffed Banana, Nut & Caramel French Toast and it's perfect every time. Get the home potatoes with cheese and bacon because your mouth will melt. Such a great option

A friend and I came up to Gainesville for just a weekend to visit another friend. We came here twice in one weekend just because of how good it was! Had heard good things but was disappointed overall. Got the strawberry waffle with whipped cream and a western omelette. The texture of the waffle was a little too stretchy for lack of a better word. I expect waffles to be slightly toasted on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and this one was lacking the fluffiness. The omelette was kind of sad and flat. Meh I've always visited keke's in Orlando but I was passing thru Gville and had to stop by. The wait time was the same as in Orlando no big deal. Was disappointed in the kids chocolate chip pancakes... they had one chocolate chip on each pancake not baked into the batter. The kids were unimpressed. So after a trip to the ortho dr we decided to get some breakfast. I had heard the kekes was a good place to eat so we stopped in. My husband ordered banana nut caramel waffle with eggs and bacon, son got silver dollar pancakes, and I ordered and bacon tomato cheddar omelet. The waffle was amazing!!!
