Today at Dr. Phillips location … great service BUT terrible food. The breakfast wrap was small almost like the dollar menu wrap at McDonalds … worse than that was the fact that it was flavorless! I tried salt and not even that made the trick … I ordered Turkey bacon that was never delivered … my husband ordered eggs Benedict and those eggs were made as hard boiled eggs … obviously no knowledge of how these should be served … I was greatly disappointed ☹️ not even the sweet tea could be sweet… I had water.
Wrong food delivered to table and it was cold
Today I don't have a great experience The food was not fresh and hot was super cold bacon and eggs raw. The waitress in rush bad attitude mean and rude...my husband and all the family was very unhappy and disappointed today celebrating father's day
From the moment we entered Keke‘s until the moment we were asked to leave, we were rushed. We went out with a friend who we just met for breakfast. The waitress pushed us to quickly order, pushed us to quickly finish, suggested boxes to take our food to go before we were done eating, and then, took away water glasses and coffee cups. You can't schedule an order online. You can't get an estimate of readiness until you place order and then management isn't helpful to delay an order immediately after you place your order and call in to ask for a specific pick up time. I placed my order at 8 had to call 3 times to get an answer and then the manager told the they had already started my order and there was pretty much nothing she could do. I also called the day previous and was told they turn their phone off and don't answer calls when they are busy. Poor mana... read more
horrible food 😔 very disappointed for first timer and the GM was no help at all once our party complained about the quality of the food. The potatoes were burnt, the stuffed french toast was just nasty...the server was very attentive and understanding...zero stars and we will never return or try any other locations. just bad all around
