I place wasn’t busy! Was sat and not approached for 11 mins for service or beverage until I decided to get up and leave.
Standard Keke’s food. Waitress wasn’t really attentive. Found a hair in my food and they were like I don’t know it could have gotten there. No real apology. I will stick to going to Keke’s in Millenia.
Absolute WORST Keke’s location I’ve ever been to. Staff is very rude, INCLUDING management. There was a long wait, so they gave us a pager. After paging us, they told us that they didn’t page us (as we could CLEARLY see the pager vibrating) and if they did, then it was an accident. The manager even said “we obviously pressed the wrong button.” Horrible customer service. I will not be back!
Great place for breakfast, service is great and the food is also. Visit every time I am in Orlando.
It was OK.... My family didn't like it. Pancakes was OK. Service was OK.
