It was OK.... My family didn't like it. Pancakes was OK. Service was OK.
Manager rushed us out. Was very offended. Wait staff was great, food as well

The food was decent, but to be honest for how much you pay, I was still hungry when I left and our server was horrible!!!!!
The food was cold told the waiter she said ok ill get you a fresh one came back with the same potatoes just put them in the microwave... Never again will i eat here again...
So since when is there only one way to do poached eggs??? Every single frickin' time I ask them to poach my eggs just a little longer than their usual, it's like the poor server fears for their job. Been told on multiple occasions they only poach eggs one way - give me a break. I hate it when the whites are runny!! Makes me wanna gag. How do you charge someone $10 for an egg and then tell them to eat it the way management likes it, not the way they like it. Idiots.
I would never eat here just based on the unprofessionalism of the management team. They post on Craigslist that they are having open interviews, but when you show up, the management can't even be bothered to leave their office to conduct the so called "on the spot interview" that was promised on their ad. Why waste time and money on a place that clearly has no respect for anyone who walks through the door?
I wish I didn't have to leave any stars. Absolutely no customer service, rude servers and management, greasy soaked in butter food and corporate will not acknowledge complaints nor apologize for their horrible service. Not to mention I had to take a trip to the ER for severe food poisoning! Better off going to IHOP or Bob Evans!
