My husband and I ALWAYS have the greatest experience and service from Donnie Shadix at the S. Dale Mabry location. Honestly, he should be the manager. He is not only efficient, thorough, and kind, but he knows how to keep his colleagues operating at the highest standard all the way to the customers walking out with not just their physical/hunger cravings being satisfied but a sense of psychological comfort from the experience. Rare to have employees like this!!! Come on KeKe's, promote him; He is good for your business!!!

We came in from Ft Lauderdale for a rugby match. We have never been to a Keke's before. All 3 of us loved it. The food was spot on. What we liked the most was our waitress. I had to take a picture of our receipt so I would not forget her name. Gabriella R, arguably the best best waitress we ever had. No, I don't know this young lady but figured that management and other customers need to know this. Brees was our server and is AMAZING hands down. Very sweet and genuine customer service. The food came out quick and was delicious. She was on top of it from the moment we sat down till the moment we left. I couldn't be more impressed. I had the steak and cheese omelette and my boyfriend had the chicken fajita omelette. The Coffee was great. If i lived in Florida this would be my go to breakfast spot. Thank you Brees for a great experience.

cute breakfast/brunch place to take your fam. a basic diner feel, not wonderful to have a unique morning meal. overall, food is mediocre but filling!

This is an okay chain restaurant for breakfast or lunch. I went for a weekday brunch. The restaurant was about half full. I was seated fairly quickly. Service was... not great. I know that I'm not a big person, but it was weird that people seated around me received a lot more attentive service from the same waiter. If it weren't for the manager who circulated around noticing me and alerting the waiter that I still hadn't received service, I don't know how long I would have waited to place my order or receive my check. Very busy restaurant, so please know that going in. Good food, prices a tad high for the normal breakfast meals. My server Donald was very pleasant and even thou running crazy around was able to stop and communicate with me, I understand being super busy so if you communicate that you'll be there in a min, I'm sorry I'm gonna run this food I'll be right come back (I'd rather someone get their food hot then not).. those are all acceptable communications when going to a restaurant, specially a busy brunch spot. Took a long time to get our food. But when we got it it was bomb. Chocolate chip pancakes were to die for. Might be competing for best chocolate chip pancakes I've ever had. Home fries and bacon were good. Just salty it took long. My boyfriend said his raspberry filled French toast was both light and filling

If I could give more stars I would! The food was outstanding! Highly recommend the Raspberry Stuffed French Toast as well as the Sante Fe Omlette (I think that's what it was called).. The staff was nice and the whole restaurant was very clean!

Always the nicest! Great Service, everything taste amazing, always has the best quality fruit and all! 10/10. Usually not too busy, and pretty fast service.
