Visited this place on 7/10/21 for breakfast I didn't enjoy the waffle was too thick ... but the bacon was made just right, and the home fries were really good! I would go back !

This was the best breakfast spot that we have found in Tampa so far. We had a variety of the foods offered on their menu - omelets, breakfast sandwiches, french toast, waffles, and pancakes! Every person in the family was able to find something they wanted for breakfast and we all agreed it was delicious! Our waiter was also friendly and efficient which always makes for a better dining experience! You should definitely give this place a try as you will not be disappointed. Our family's favorite breakfast spot. We go at least once a month and the staff is always nice, quick and super helpful. Even when it's busy we never have to wait too long, even though we're a party of 6. Coffee is good, pancakes are delicious and the French toast is perfect. Can't wait to go again next weekend!

This place was certainly a highlight to my Tampa trip! Leticia, our waitress, rendered EXCELLENT service. She was very attentive, helpful and such a sweet soul. Highly recommend her. Also, the food was great. The piña colada French toast is moderately sweet. I stopped at Kiki's on 1203 South Dale Mabry on a Tuesday, 03/30/21, at around 9:30 a.m. There was plenty of room, and the restaurant was clean, as well as comfortable. My server, Melissa, was friendly, very professional, and within a short amount of time I had a large breakfast in front of me. What can I say about the is place. The service was top notch the place looked very busy but we got seated within mins of walking into the restaurant. The server was very professional and let us get enough time to look over the menu. When we got the food......WHEN WE GOT THE FOOD all I can say is I was very happy with the presentation and how delicious the food was, will be going back again when we're in town.

Could've been a five star if it wasn't for the wait. Asked for a table of 5 and told it would be a 15 minute wait. 20 minutes later and 7 people seated ahead of us after we got in, I went to the hostess to see what was taking so long. She said they was waiting on the big tables in the back and I told her we can all sit in a booth, that seemed to work we got seated next. Our server came quick and was nice . Good food, good service. We were seated immediately, waiter was very friendly, prompt, and helpful suggesting alternatives to sides. Very pleasant experience, and music was not inappropriate or obnoxious as it is in some other restaurants.
