I like KeKe's. However, when checking in, looking at numerous empty tables, we are told there is a 25 minute wait because the kitchen is backed up, it leads me to think they don't really value their customers. It would be better to seat them, then tell them the service might be slow because the kitchen is swamped. At least then we could have coffee while we wait. The usual breakfast cafe ambiance: They loose a star because of the perceived slight.

Plenty of open tables, nobody was waiting, hostess told my wife and I it was 1 hour wait to be seated on 2 Feb around 12:30 due to lack of cooks. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN OUR FISRT TIME EVER TO YOUR RESTAURANT. Guess where we will never go again, told everyone about this at our block party

15min wait and plenty of open tables. Clear indicator the staff is poorly trained and place poorly managed. I watched food get delivered to a table and the servers fingers were in the food as she balanced five plate in her arms. Why not use a tray? We decided to try something else.

Breakfast started out good, as the place was clean and bright. Then we ordered... and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally 45 minutes later we then got lukewarm breakfasts. Went to pay, but apparently each wait person handles check, So again we waited, and waited. over an hour to get a2 just ok breakfasts, for $35. Never again wasting my time, and money here!

Was very disappointed in our visit to Kiki's, the location in town center and a few in Orlando have always been good but this location doesn't seem to have it together, it was a long wait for just about everything needed , the only positive is that the food was good but not worth dealing with lack of service, I will go to a different location if I want Kiki's.

Hmmm., what could be improved. Never had a chance to taste the food, I guess I cannot honestly answer the quality question. Speed of service versus accuracy. I guess they have a lot of ground to cover if they want to succeed. It cost my wife and I $8.59 for a lemonade and Dr.Pepper. After almost 40 minutes the food comes out (Carolina Salad and tuna melt). The salad was a side salad and not at all what my wife ordered. First and last time here. Everything I was interested in and asking for on the menu the server said they were "out of it". We waited over an hour to get our food. It wasn't until we got up and left our table to go pay for the apple juice my kids got because at that point we wanted to leave. Then the server came out with our plates. Husband and I agreed never again. Such a shame.

I would say to save your time and just go to the location in the St. Johns Town Center, I ordered food to go from here to take it to the beach and have a small picnic however when I got the text that my food was ready i went in and picked up my order. I had checked the food prior to leaving and I realized it was cold or lukewarm at best. The staff that greeted me was kind but I've heard differently from other reviews.
