We tried this recently opened breakfast/lunch restaurant. First, it looks great! It is bright and clean . The hostess was prompt and friendly . I had blueberry pancakes which were very good. My husband had the cheesesteak omelette which he really enjoyed . They didn't get the fifth star because of a couple little things. We had hot tea and coffee. The atmosphere in this new location blows other breakfast/brunch spots out of the water. Couldn't ask for better seating. So spacious. The service was also incredible! They are warm and friendly.

Let me say that I know this business just opened. I wanted it to be different than the one at the Town Center, but unfortunately this isn't the case! We walked in at 12:30 and kinda expected a busier restaurant, but it wasn't. We could have our choice. Taylor was a wonderful waitress who did her job well. The menu is fairly extensive for breakfast and ok for lunch. The coffee was good. My husband and son got orange juice which we didn't realize was $5.00 each. Regular coffee was $4.00. Today was our 2nd time coming here. Our 1st time visit was great but this time NOPE! Our food was okay. We ordered the buffalo tender wrap, buffalo tender, and kids chicken finger meal. Our food took so long to come out and my order which was the buffalo tenders was plain so our serve took it back to just put buffalo sauce on it which was not good compared to other buffalo sauced tenders I've had. This is a breakfast place. Do not go here for lunch, unless they decide to revamp the menu. A BLT should have more than one slice of bacon broken up on each side. Manager was nice and tried to accommodate and rectify the situation but it was too late. Ordered fries for my sons meal and they came out with home fries and took about 20 minutes to come out with his fries when rest of meal was already eaten. TL:DR Food is good though overprice. Also service is horrible. I really wanted this location to be great because it's the closest to us. However, I gave this place 2-3 attempts and still continue to fail, even with the involvement of the manager Marlon. This was the last experience we've had: first trying to call ahead. I like KeKe's. However, when checking in, looking at numerous empty tables, we are told there is a 25 minute wait because the kitchen is backed up, it leads me to think they don't really value their customers. It would be better to seat them, then tell them the service might be slow because the kitchen is swamped. At least then we could have coffee while we wait. The usual breakfast cafe ambiance: They loose a star because of the perceived slight.

Plenty of open tables, nobody was waiting, hostess told my wife and I it was 1 hour wait to be seated on 2 Feb around 12:30 due to lack of cooks. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN OUR FISRT TIME EVER TO YOUR RESTAURANT. Guess where we will never go again, told everyone about this at our block party

15min wait and plenty of open tables. Clear indicator the staff is poorly trained and place poorly managed. I watched food get delivered to a table and the servers fingers were in the food as she balanced five plate in her arms. Why not use a tray? We decided to try something else.
