Breakfast started out good, as the place was clean and bright. Then we ordered... and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally 45 minutes later we then got lukewarm breakfasts. Went to pay, but apparently each wait person handles check, So again we waited, and waited. over an hour to get a2 just ok breakfasts, for $35. Never again wasting my time, and money here!

Was very disappointed in our visit to Kiki's, the location in town center and a few in Orlando have always been good but this location doesn't seem to have it together, it was a long wait for just about everything needed , the only positive is that the food was good but not worth dealing with lack of service, I will go to a different location if I want Kiki's.

Hmmm., what could be improved. Never had a chance to taste the food, I guess I cannot honestly answer the quality question. Speed of service versus accuracy. I guess they have a lot of ground to cover if they want to succeed. It cost my wife and I $8.59 for a lemonade and Dr.Pepper. After almost 40 minutes the food comes out (Carolina Salad and tuna melt). The salad was a side salad and not at all what my wife ordered. First and last time here. Everything I was interested in and asking for on the menu the server said they were "out of it". We waited over an hour to get our food. It wasn't until we got up and left our table to go pay for the apple juice my kids got because at that point we wanted to leave. Then the server came out with our plates. Husband and I agreed never again. Such a shame.

I would say to save your time and just go to the location in the St. Johns Town Center, I ordered food to go from here to take it to the beach and have a small picnic however when I got the text that my food was ready i went in and picked up my order. I had checked the food prior to leaving and I realized it was cold or lukewarm at best. The staff that greeted me was kind but I've heard differently from other reviews.

Have eaten at Kekes in Orlando and it was great. This one NOT. waited an hour for food to arrive at the table and it was stone cold. Asked the waiter for sugar for the coffee and never got it from him. Husband got up from the table and got it from another waitress. Manager's solution? Give us a coupon for free dollar stack pancakes when ordering an entree. a coupon already being given to everyone there. No discount on the meal that we didn't eat but brought home for the dogs. If you eat the pancakes from Keke's your a fat ass,the pancakes the pancakes were hard it took them two hours for them to get the food out. Their bacon was really good though.

Friendly staff. I waited 50 minutes for 1 pancake and 2 eggs with bacon. Kitchen disorganized. I observed the wrong food delivered twice to the same table in front of me. Sadly, at the 58 minutes waiting mark i attempted to pay for my coffee, left a tip for the nicest server and went. To Moe's.
