We went to the on Alafaya and loved it. My husband took me over there for a breakfast date. We got plain buttermilk pancakes (3), turtle stuffed french toast and a portabello omelet. Everything was lovely and our server was kind enough to give us some extra time to make up our minds. I also loved the hot chocolate and my date got coffee, which came with loads of refills. (Y)
Half empty restaurant and still took 40 minutes to get our food out & we were not the only table waiting.
Sat down around noon. Was promptly asked for our drinks. After that, didn’t see waitress for 10-15minutes. Had to ask hostess to find out waitress. Once food order was placed, took another 20-25minutes for our food to arrive after asking a manager to check on it. Never saw waitress again except at the managers side. Never got refills, food was cold, and even after giving us our check had to have manager cash us out bc the waitress disappeared again. First time and last time we will eat here. Good service, great food but the manager is walking on the restaurant without his mask. I am very disapointed.
Went there for breakfast yesterday. Ordered two omelets and an order of poached eggs. Took a half hour for the order to come out. Expressed our dismay to the manager because it made me late for an appointment but no compensation was offered. Will not be returning.
