Wish I could tell you about my food but I can't. I ordered a simple panini sandwich and after waiting for an hour I decided to cancel my order. The restaurant was practically empty so there was no need for the long wait.
Now I know why this place was empty and First Watch has people lined up out the door! One stock for the sweet waitress. Zero stars for the food. By the way, who in the world does not have avocado at a breakfast place? Unheard of, actually! The potatoes were good, but that's about it. Not enough options for people who can't/don't eat eggs. (YES, I know it's breakfast!!!) Avocado toast is a must have at any breakfast stop. Chicken fried steak would have been a great option as well.
I ordered the raspberry French toast that had great reviews online, very disappointed
The food is good but the service I got today was terrible. Come here all the time this time I came here with my grandparents and they needed to sit down and a server told us we could sit where ever. Was approached by manager and a server and the manager was nice but as he walked away the server said in a rude tone " just so you know there is a hostess stand up front " mean while my grandparents are over 90. she then walks away after making the snarking tone. Table have a very bad smell, dining floors are obviously not being mopped properly and daily , Bathrooms by 9:30 am are destroyed, empty paper towels and the whole bathroom disgusting management must take cleaning very seriously!
Ordered over medium eggs they came runny and raw when they re cooked them they decided poke two holes on them and burn them not even over hard just a mess The waiter told the manager and she didn't care . We used to come here often but I won't retire with a manager who shrugs her shoulders and could Care less when she's staring at two broken eggs fried to a crisp- rotten customer service ( not the waiter he tried) See what they call an over medium egg
Service was extremely slow at this location and food came out wrong after waiting for almost an hour to get breakfast. The manager was unapologetic but our server was very kind and apologized for the wait. Would not recommend coming to this location if you are in a hurry or very hungry.
Service at this location is horrible. We've given it several chances and always the same awful service. Food took over 35 mins and then the order was wrong. We sat with empty drinks and no condiments while service staff and manager congregated at the hostess stand talking and laughing. Once our food was dropped by the expeditors the server never stopped back by to check in. She just walked right passed us with no acknowledgement on numerous occasions.
