Host, person with glasses on, should have acknowledged me instead of seating a 4 top ahead of me while I was next in line. Essentially, I was skipped. Primary host was dealing with 2 ladies trying to assist with seating situation. However, he could have acknowledged me with a simple, “I will be with you momentarily.” This is basic 101. They failed miserably on a slow Tuesday morning day 2/11/20
Awful. Will never go back
Coffee like dishwasher. A long wait for food. Extra charge for everything extra that you might want. Overall I’ll be sticking to Bob Evans from now on.
Food selection is good but...... if you request not burnt or well done when you order --- your told I can try and see or they don't do that....never heard of a restaurant that WE are paying for REFUSING to cook food as requested???
RecommendedNormally a great treat, service is always great, I like all the food selections, the waffles are the best...but the last few times ive asked for not so burnt bacon and agian it still came out hard, scratching my throat. I always order coffee with my breakfast, but this time the coffee tasted like tea or watered down coffee. I asked for another and it tasted the same. So i was not able to have coffee with my meal. If you have tattoos they wont hire you. Js... You shouldn't even support a chain like that. I mean tattoos shouldnt be a reason someone cant get employed.The lady that interviewed me was very unprofessional. It was disgusting. Never have I ever felt ashamed of my tattoos until that day. Half way already into the interview she threw her hands in the air and said were done there is nothing we can do, got up and walked away. We just had the worst experience here. Server lied to us about pricing up-charges and meal prices. Ended up charging me $14 for a meal, when I wanted to just get something smaller and cheaper. When asked about it, she lied and then took off the .50 charge. Then we asked to speak with manager. Who's first words when he walked over were "too pricey for you?" WHAT? Who says that?
