I've heard great things about this place and decided to finally give it a go. First thing I noticed was how weird the layout of this location is. The hostess station is in the middle of the restaurant. There is more atmosphere on the Mon than in this place. My food was very poor quality. My eggs were unseasoned with no salt or pepper in sight. My potatoes was raw as well as my bacon. My toast was soggy. The only highlight was our server who was very entertaining. Enough said!
Tried to order three breakfasts online. Got to the very last step and their website crashed. At that point I called the restaurant to place the order. I was told that they no longer take phone orders via phone on the weekends. Even when I explained I tried to place an online order, it didn't matter to them. I will never, ever go back to KeKe's in Clermont, FL. What a huge waste of my time.
Ordered to go. Said it would be 15 minutes. 20-25 minutes later it finally came out. They do not social distance and do not require masks. Will not come back to this location.
I've eaten at several Keke's abd besides a little pricey service abd quality has always been fine. So we tried this place and after having bad service a couple of times we chalked it up to corona with all the changes but after this last visit it was proven this place here is terrible from the wait time, to the constant excuses by the server who says she been working there fire 12 years I wouldn't recommend this location they are by far the worst .
I used to really enjoy KeKe's. But the last few visits have been very disappointing. Last time I received burnt food and the attitude of our server was very abrupt and unfriendly. The time before that, our food was decent, but our server displayed the same attitude. I am disappointed, because the food used to be very good and I used to really love coming here.
Front greeters have no social skills. Cold and clueless. I asked one of them at the front desk if my friend Mary had come in already and her response was "I don't know". I asked if they took reservations there and she didn't respond so the girl next to her replied for her This Place smells like a wet dog ! I was nauseous the whole time. I used to come here when it first opened and it smelled bad then. Please clean with some kind of sanitizer!!
Have always loved this place, and have been going for a long time. But yesterday it was crazy busy, had to wait 30 minutes for a deuce, which is understandable on a Saturday. The food was as ordered, but, we were rushed terribly! The wait staff tried to grab our plates 3 times!!! We were just taking a breather, and the waitress didn't ask, she just kept trying to take my husbands plate. Plus I drink gobs if water, and it wasn't refilled. At least ASK if you are done eating. Geez.
Never been. I emailed them when I first moved here and asked if they served gluten free anything..as breakfast is the easiest meal to do gf. The response I got was telling me not both coming in as they could not provide me with a safe meal.
Nothing special about this place. Food is ok but overpriced. Honestly I prefer First Watch but the service was great at least.
