I placed a to-go order and ordered a kids meal for my child at home (my second time ordering here) When my food was brought out, I was told that I can't order a kids meal without a kid, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially for a to-go order where staff has no way of knowing who the food is for. Took forever for us to be greeted, server didn't even bring food, didn't refill drinks then proceeded to tell us they are waiting on clean cups! Had to ask for silverware and it took almost an hour for our food to come out. Then the server next to us smelt like straight marijuana

Waited some time to be initially greeted by server. Ordered, then waited at least 45 minutes for our ONE plate of food. My husband's came out barely warm (cheese had hardened in omelet). 20 minutes went by before I received one pancake w scoop of butter. No syrup and our beverages were empty at this point. Over priced , expensive coffee , not realistic prices , sides are extra like bacon, eggs etc , service was mid ....Jay Christopher better deal ! Even cracker barrels microwave is better than this place ! Kekes is a chain like everywhere elese and doesn't come with sides 17 bucks for pancakes is ridiculous..the owner below just stated they like giving small portions for 20 bucks smh it's a chain this place is over priced and you don't get any sides! I placed a order online at 1:53. I was told that my order would be ready by 2:30-2:35. I recieved a text at 2:25 that my order was ready. I walked into the restaurant at 2:30. Someone came to the hostess stand and I told them I was picking up an order and gave the name. It has been 20 minutes since then and no one has said anything about my order. Let me start by saying that this was my 2nd time eating at this location and I have the same issue with them. The food looked pretty, and if that's why you go there, then it's fine. Everything but the cheese grits came out COLD. The waffles was cold. I asked for 3eggs scrambled with cheese. What you see in the picture is a cold omelet. This is our second visit to Keke's. The wait staff was very friendly. We were seated immediately. We waited 30 minutes for our food. There was hardly any customers. My husbands Eggs Benedict were over cooked, and the potatoes had so much pepper in them - they were barely edible. The prices are extremely high for what you get. Very disappointing.

90 mins. It's the time before we began to receive any of our food and were able to eat. It's Sunday afternoon. We've just come from church. And with a 3 and 5 year old, we were still waiting for their food (by time I started this review)--which we ordered as soon as we sat down.
