The food is top tear. The place is bright and open. Timothy was an awesome waiter and talked to me about my tattoos and got to know him as a person. He was awesome.
Keke's Breakfast Cafe was such a cute find! Zero wait time when we got there, which is always a great start. We ordered a salad, some pancakes, and I got the chicken and waffles with spicy syrup, and it did not disappoint. The Carolina chicken salad was nice and crisp, exactly how a good salad should be. My chicken and waffles were the star of the meal though, the chicken was perfectly crispy and the waffle was nicely toasted with just the right amount of crunch. I recently visited KeKe's in Fort Worth and unfortunately was not very impressed with the overall experience. While the service was friendly, attentive, and one of the highlights of the visit, the food itself was disappointing. Our first time at Keke's, but not our last. This is a cute breakfast/lunch spot that has pancakes, scrambles, omelets and sandwiches, depending on what you're in the mood for. My husband got the the cheese and steak sandwich. I got to build your own scramble with scrambled eggs, feta cheese, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. My kid got the chocolate chip pancakes. We loved it! We came here for the first time early on a Monday morning. Lots of open seating. We were seated, with menus, in a booth and a server was out with waters right away. They have a lot of breakfast options so it was hard to decide at first. Our server, Anthony B was great. He was well versed in the menu, restaurant operations and his knowledge helped us decide on our breakfast choices. The service provided as well as the food here is so amazing that I couldn't even wait to leave before leaving a review. First of all, you must ask for Elias as your server. He was prompt, personable, knowledgeable, funny, and just very good at his job. A group of 3 of us and we ordered apple cinnamon French toast, buttermilk pancakes, cheddar grits, stuffed banana Carmel pecan French toast , home fries and eggs. 10 out of 10 DO recommend!!
I am pleased to say this was the best experience here. Briana was an outstanding waitress and she made sure our time was so much better than my initial experience with KeKe's of GP. Tony and Josue both reassured me they would do everything possible to make my experience better. They did exactly what they said they would do! This was my first time visiting Keke's Breakfast Cafe. I was curious and so I dropped into the Trinity Commons location. I was impressed by the atmosphere, the service, and the food. I was greeted promptly at the door. Anthony was my server and very friendly and helpful. He noted that it was my first time and made some recommendations about items on the breakfast menu. My coffee cup stayed full and I even had a cup to go. Thanks you Anthony and to all of the staff! I will definitely return!!
