This visit was for my regular cleaning and as I have come to expect, I was treated respectfully and my Dental Hygienist did a superb job!
Mariela is tops! Her manner is pointing her 'toward' a bright future. I couldn't help but notice her attention to public relations as she uses good grammar; "please turn your mouth toward me please", as opposed to many who say "towards" which is ok but toward shows she's schooled... dentistry as in other professions requires people with talent and good PR, sprinkled with good grammar to support and advance in this case for sure, her profession. Thank you for a comfortable preventive semi annual cleaning session.
All of the staff are very friendly but professional. They make sure that I am seen on time and are through in a timely manner. This, along with their early morning appointments, allows me to reduce the amount of time I have to take off from work. What I like the most is that both the dental hygienist and dentist are extremely gentle. If they have to do an additional procedure they explain everything to my satisfaction and there are no hidden fees or surprises.
Every time I go for my appointment, I feel comfortable. And normally I'm terrified of going to the dentist, and I'm nearly 20! The hygienists and doctors make you feel good and let you leave with a painless feeling. Would recommend their practice.
Never had any issues
This office is prompt and friendly and caring. So far we have had very good care. Nice to have finally found a dentist that helps with costs and that really cares about their patients. Hard to move to a new place and to find the dentist care that we once had in a smaller community.
The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The hygienist was gentle and very considerate while cleaning my teeth.In all it was a good experience and would recommend this office to others!
Michelle did an excellent job, she's friendly and personable. I enjoyed my time with her.
Great attentive staff! Makes you teeth and time their top priority!
