Very Professional, courteous and friendly
This is my third visit to your dental center, and for the most part, it has been pleasant. However, if I could give you an area where I believe improvement needs to happen, is the front desk personnel. Each time I have attended (3 times) my appointments, there has been someone different running the front desk. Each time, they have not made me feel welcomed, no eye contact, no friendly smile, or even a thank you as I left the office. Other than this, the appointments are fine.
The cleaning I went in for went very well, the work was done professionally and the staff is extremely friendly, thank you so much!!
I am dental-phobic and was terrified when I realized I had broken a tooth. I called early this morning and was able to get an immediate appointment. Every one was kind and caring and Dr. Anderson fixed my tooth painlessly. Thank you so much.
