Kelly is amazing. She worked with us in so many aspects. She always made her self available to us when we needed her assistance, patiently walked us through some scenarios, and worked with our schedule to keep us abreast of all the moving parts. Our seller put us in situation in which they caused many delays and we had to move in by a certain time frame and Kelly was able to rally her team to close the loan under extremely tight timelines. My wife and I are so glad we chose to work with Kelly. She made the whole process and smooth as possible. She was always available whenever I had a question, and if she wasn't she would always call back. Kelly has a great attitude and it was a pleasure to work with her. Kelly is extremely hard working. Always looks out for you. Always answers the phone. She doesn't pressure you to make decisions. Even before I was ready to buy a house, I asked her questions and she was fantastic. I will not switch to another Lender because Kelly took great care of my fiance and I. Customer service is great. She will go above and beyond to make sure your in good hands.
