Kelly is extremely hard working. Always looks out for you. Always answers the phone. She doesn't pressure you to make decisions. Even before I was ready to buy a house, I asked her questions and she was fantastic. I will not switch to another Lender because Kelly took great care of my fiance and I. Customer service is great. She will go above and beyond to make sure your in good hands.
If you looking for honest and fast, Kelly is the answer. Let's start with communication, quick, friendly and precise. Also it’s refreshing to have someone who has years of loan experience and does what they say they will do. Do I need to say more? We are very happy with all she did for us.
