Communication was not great, we are not stupid and had not purchased a home in awhile. So when asking for specific info felt we were treated like we didn't know what we were talking about. We realize with covid things are maybe a bit different since you never see or meet the people you are dealing with but we really just had a few questions and weren't received in a way that was comfortable. As a result communication became less and addressing us in a whole different manner then at first.

Kelly was excellent and did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me informed about the entire process. I was however less than pleased with the underwriting department. They made an error regarding my student debt that caused my loan to be delayed which delayed my closing. None of this was Kelly’s fault though and he did an excellent job of handling it even when I was stressed out about the delay it caused to my closing.
