To be more knowledgeable in federal ran programs and down payment assistance programs. Provide the expectations are, to be more transparent up front about those expectations. We went long periods of time(s) without an update what was happening with our loan and or what the hold up was. I had to call and push for answers, which I was completely ok with just made for alot more work on my end. I understand how slow things are moving due to Covid-19 and everyone was just a little overwhelmed.
