Great service to my demands I like to get work done over the phone upfront and arrive at the Dealership with them prepared to show me options, test drive etc. Nick helped us out tremendously. He was on the ball, honest and very good natured. We enjoyed our interactions and as a result closed our deal within 2 hours. Bought a Lexus The service at Kelowna Chevrolet Was exceptional. They even offered to deliver the vehicle down to Vancouver if i wasn't able to find a way to Kelowna. Definitely went above and beyond the expected amount of customer service you would expect from a dealership. 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Due to everything going on and having a young child I didn't want to have to go the dealership, but needed my tires swapped out. Scott arranged to pick up and drop off my vehicle. The service was perfect and easy!!
