best sales rep Raman not only explained everything and step by step trade in process, he also answer all my question professionally, He made us felt comfortable in regards of choosing the car we want with help of Brent Frith. He also showed me the numbers although not very detailed , which I like the most when I am dealing with big amount of expense. Good service department, Not so good parts department Bruce in the parts department took his time in answering my query...almost 3 weeks to the day, and then to tell me he couldn't help me. On the other hand, the 2 gents that looked after me in the Service department responded within 24 hours.

Easy to work with Alvin was a great salesman, he helped me find the right truck, answered all my questions and made sure i was fully taken care of without hassling me and pressuring me like salesmen at other locations did. Leah was super helpful and honest, helped me make the best decisions financially, gave some great advice and was also great to deal with. They both made buying a new vehicle very easy! 10/10 would reccomend them both!
stellar i got the vehicle i wanted at the payment i wanted and it was fast and friendly. My first vehicle came from Okanagan Dodge and it was a tiresome nightmare. Chevy was phenomenal I won't go any where else!!!
The Best! Kelowna Chevrolet is the most outstanding place of business I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone in that building that we spoke to were such a pleasure to deal with. Top shelf customer service The first thing that struck me was the knowledge this young lady has about the product she is selling. Im a car guy, and nothing bugs me more then walking into a dealership to find out more about a vehicle that I'm interested in, only to find out I already know more then the sales guy does.
