Very friendly, educational experience. Kaelinn was very knowledgeable and when we had questions he was not 100 percent sure of he found the answer and called back. We purchased this car via telephone and had it shipped to us in a different province. There were no headaches or xxxx-ups. It was a great overall experience.

Fast - thorough - courteous This was a warrantee servicing for a van purchased in North Carolina. The servicing was done in Kelowna, professional and complete. Would have future servicing done here but it's a bit too far from and see.
