Salesman redeemed my experience I recently bought a fairly expensive vehicle from here. The salesman (Michael Frances) went above and beyond to help meet my needs and be patient with me and I can't thank him enough, however, when it came down to the final touches, the manager and parts department really let me down. Easily the best vehicle buying experience I've had. I purchased two vehicles from Kelowna Chevrolet in a short period of time. They made a seemingly impossible deal seamless and painless. Right from the get go I felt like they had MY best interest in mind.(very rare these days)!
