Ken is an outstanding resource to have for your real estate funding. Prime example is recent home purchase (in a hot seller’s market), Ken planned a 25 day escrow. The loan closed in less than 20 days! In addition, Ken is always responsive with communication. Our refinance took a little longer as we are self-employed, but Ken and Nicole with PRMG made the process much easier and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were able to lock in our loan at a much better rate than our previous loans were at.
