Do yourself a favor and call Ken Clark jr. We've done three home loans together. He's the nicest and most honest person in his business. I won't even waste time calling anyone else. Call him and he always answers his phone. Email him and you get a reply in two minutes. He's a hard working guy and he treats you like family. I don't know how he makes money because he barely charges anything for the loan. It's like getting a home loan from your best friend.
