Ken was as solid as a rock for me during my entire transaction. I had so many things come up with the seller, I lost a buyer, gained a new buyer and all through this chaos I had absolutely no issues and no concerns whatsoever about my loan. Ken kept me updated throughout the process, I never had to come to him to figure out what was going on. Ken treats his clients like family. He is always available for any and all questions, and guides you through the loan process so it is seamless. This is my third loan/refi with Ken, and both my brother and my sister and her husband just happily completed their refi’s through Ken. I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

Ken Clark Jr. went above and beyond in all of his efforts to make sure that I understood everything that was going on and that all of my questions were answered in a way that I understood the answers. Even though he treats ALL of his customers this way, his attention and efforts made me feel as if I was getting extra special treatment. All of this in addition to getting me a good rate and saving me some serious cash! Nice work!
