Excellent service. They managed to squeeze me in to their schedule to fix my air conditioner. The house was getting very hot. Adam also pointed out that I put my filter in backwards which I deeply appreciated. He also added coolant and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

They are always quick to respond to my calls and the service is excellent. What I like most is that their service people explain what they re doing and why.
Our furnace would not heat. To make matters worse, our house was for sale and an inspection was scheduled the next morning. We have used Buehner for over 14 years so we called and they came out within the hour, at night, and corrected the problem, including checking all mechanicals. My 7:30am call was answered and we were scheduled for later that morning. Our AC problem was fixed and serviced at a reasonable price by 11:00 am. Great service!!!
I have used Ken Buehner and son for 30+ years. I first called them for a 2nd opinion when another company told me I needed a new furnace during a routine check. The old furnace lasted at least 5 more years and passed inspection when I sold that house. I’ve used Buehner’s every year since for furnace and a/c checks. I have also purchased both systems from them at some point. Totally trustworthy, excellent service. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Although I had a 9 day wait to replace a/c with heat in the 90's a tech came right away to put us on the list. Many people in the same boat they said and a short week. So he came when he said he would and by 1 pm we had a new HVAC unit. The price was a shocker at $12,000! It's functioning better than the old unit. Have had to set it higher so maybe more efficient.
