Our furnace would not heat. To make matters worse, our house was for sale and an inspection was scheduled the next morning. We have used Buehner for over 14 years so we called and they came out within the hour, at night, and corrected the problem, including checking all mechanicals. My 7:30am call was answered and we were scheduled for later that morning. Our AC problem was fixed and serviced at a reasonable price by 11:00 am. Great service!!!
I have used Ken Buehner and son for 30+ years. I first called them for a 2nd opinion when another company told me I needed a new furnace during a routine check. The old furnace lasted at least 5 more years and passed inspection when I sold that house. I’ve used Buehner’s every year since for furnace and a/c checks. I have also purchased both systems from them at some point. Totally trustworthy, excellent service. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Although I had a 9 day wait to replace a/c with heat in the 90's a tech came right away to put us on the list. Many people in the same boat they said and a short week. So he came when he said he would and by 1 pm we had a new HVAC unit. The price was a shocker at $12,000! It's functioning better than the old unit. Have had to set it higher so maybe more efficient.
Ken Buehner Heating and Air is the best. I’ve been using them for years and have never been disappointed. Excellent response to my needs, and work is always done to perfection. The area in which they have worked is always left neat and tidy. I would recommend them highly and would give them a 5 star rating!
We are very happy with the quality service from Buehner & Son! Adam came out and was very courteous and respectful of our house while performing the annual ac check before the hot weather. He called prior to arriving to let us know he was on his way within the time frame scheduled for our appointment. During the check he pointed out how dirty and clogged our furnace filter was even though they had changed it 6 months ago. I had been with this company for about 15 years and they are the best. Family owned and operated. Locally owned. Great people and when the owner comes and do the work that means he don’t mind getting his hands dirty. I love it. I will only use this company for and heating and air problems.
