Adam was very courteous and respectful of our house while performing the annual furnace check before cold weather. He called prior to arriving to let us know he was on his way within the time frame scheduled for our appointment.
The company is prompt. The technician was thorough and respectful. He repaired the AC unit at a fair price. Plus cleaned the coils at no extra charge, leaving everything in better shape than when he got there. I will recommend Ken Buehner and son to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning needs.
My air conditioner went out in the afternoon of a 100 degree day. I called Ken J Buehner since I use them for my annual service. They were able to come to my house the next day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had it back in working order quickly. Prompt and professional service.
We moved into our home and found out the existing over the stove microwave didn't work for us. We purchased a new one and wanted it to be vented through the roof using an existing venting system. We’ve been loyal customers for almost 40 years. Wouldn’t consider anyone else.
I have used them for years after a friend suggested them. Another company told me I needed a furnace that was 2014. My furnace was actually under warranty and did not need anything. It is still running strong 10 years later. I did get an air conditioner. Instead of 9,000, it was about 3,400. I use them now for all maintenance.
