Recently I refinanced my home through Kendall Robinson at Wells Fargo and I was very satisfied with the results. Kendall and his team got me an excellent rate and provided me with great customer service from my initial inquiry through closing. During that process, they helped me work through a number of issues and provided me with various solutions to choose from to complete the refi which were advantageous to me and my family. I would strongly recommend Kendall and his team to handle their home buying and refinance needs.
Kendall served as the loan officer for the purchase of my first home. While I can't compare my experience to that with loan officers as this was my first loan, I can say that Kendall was exceptional and I intend to use him again if I can for subsequent financing transactions.
Even though we never met in person through the entire re-fi transaction, I feel as if I know Kendall as he was very easy to develop a rapport with over the phone. More importantly, he was extremely prompt and thorough in all interactions keeping our total time from request to re-fi very short! I have referred him to other family members and they have been pleased too.
