Overall the team worked well and efficiently to get the loan processed. Toward the end, it was a bit stressful not knowing if the closing would occur on the date it was initially scheduled because it came to my attention that what was holding up the loan process were the mistakes found on the appraisal. Because of that there was a tight window in getting the numbers for closing thus not giving me enough time to process the cashiers check.
