The Kendra team were great! I appreciated the call backs and at times the hands on guidance. The extra closing costs papers that I received in the mail, several times, were confusing and upsetting since they didn't reflect the correct closing costs. I was told to disregard them, but I wonder if they needed to be sent in the first place.

Everyone did a great job doing everything to get the loan completed. More time should be spent on explaining the rules and choices of the loans. Explanations why things are done the way they are done would have been helpful. The average or less than average person does not comprehend banking like the people that actually work there and do these things everyday.
