Kendra is awesome. Also your appraisal process is phenomenal.
We were disappointed that the rate we thought we had locked in (2.75%) was, in fact, not locked in and we had to lock in a higher rate (3.25%). Not sure the reason for not locking in the lower rate as this is the rate we were quoted. Also, the amount repeat bank account information required seemed excessive. I'm sure that mortgage companies have to ensure that clients can pay their mortgages but we had provided ample information that we could afford the property well in advance.

Overall experience was great. The only thing that could’ve been better is communication between law firm and lender at the end. Really this is the law firm’s fault, but lender can make this better. The law firm kept speaking for lender out of turn, without coordinating with lender. Lender can perhaps be more proactive with law firm to help prevent law firm from speaking for lender out of turn.
