Kendra was very easy to work with, she offered great information that helped make the whole process run smoothly. Any questions I had were answered promptly and in a way that I felt fully informed of what was going on. In this competitive market, had I not had Kendra on my side and my mortgage situation sorted per her recommendations, I don’t know that I would be in a house today.

For the most part our experience was positive. However we are upset that an appraisal was ordered (which we paid $516) and after the appraiser came out we were told NO appraisal was necessary. So we were given two options...either have the appraiser finish up the report and pay the full appraisal for the $516 fee or pay a trip fee for $245. We don’t understand why we had to pay anything since this appraisal wasn’t necessary and should have never been ordered.
