Kendra was great and very responsive throughout the process but responses got delayed when it came to the underwriting side. I understand that they have many other clients but a confirmed receipt response in the same day that support is sent would’ve been nice instead of waiting a few days only to find out something happened and all documents needed to be sent again for another delay in time. Also, it would be nice to have a list of all requested documents up front so there isn’t a scurry at the end when a last minute reques... read more
