It was a nice enough facility with a very friendly staff. It's just that it wasn't my cup of tea. I felt clostrophobic there.

My brother and I met with [name removed](Director) for our first visit in looking for a facility for our dad. I can’t say enough how helpful [name removed] was. Right off she asked us to explain where our dad was currently at both physically and mentally. She listen and understood where we were at with our situation. Even though our situation didn’t fit the Kenmore Senior facility, she took the time to give us a huge amount of information on how to work through this process. Enjoyed my tour, Beautiful place ,clean an enjoyed my tour.[Name Removed]was great to talk too. . .Now i have to decide which one ,as i was taken to see some others . It is going to be very hard to chose .I liked all of them . I will give all of them a 5 stare. . Thank you [Name Removed]for a wonderful Tour , Sincerely Dorothy.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and the apartment has been updated and is nice. The food is not great and they seem to run out of things that are on the menu quite frequently.

Food is often cold and desserts are dry in the baked goods. The sales director, [name removed]is very helpful and the nursing lead staff is outstanding. Rooms are not large for this category, but ample enough. Activities and amenities are available to all in activity or theater rooms. Outside patio looks great for better weather times.

I like the people and the cleanliness best. The staff are all friendly , welcoming and easy to talk with about care. Meals are balanced but there is little deviation from the menu for those with dietary issues. They also could respond quicker to residents.

We used this facility for a memory care patient. They were very patient and caring and contacted us regularly for any health concerns they noticed immediately. They helped us with getting additional care such as information about a geriatric physician that visited the home regularly and also a podiatrist to help us with care on site. They went out of their way to help us with placement and even helped with a situation for a temporary bed and chair until we could get our family members furniture moved in during a very difficu... read more

The staff, especially [name removed], have been so terrific! She has made a difficult transition for our family so much easier. Her sense of empathy, humor and attention to detail have helped me navigate the unknown. Clean new apartment with new paint, flooring and bright light windows, with friendly staff and residents. Our family made the best choice in helping my mom transition to assisted living!!!

My loved one was previously a resident at Kenmore Senior Living. I would recommend this facility for anyone who fits the facility based on their needs/what they are looking for.
