The plumber, Dave, was courteous, professional and personable. Would hire again.
They called ahead of time to set a date. Then they called the day before to be sure I was expecting them and said that they would be out at a certain time. They said that they would call the morning of my appointment to let me know when they would be here. A window of two hours was already given to me. Leanne did call and said that they would be there in 1/2 hour. They did arrive then and were very professional. Anything that had to be moved was put back exactly where I had it. Very professional and high-tech serviceman. He did not rush. He took the time to diagnose the problem with the heat exchanger in our furnace. We have a very old furnace in a property we rent. He made us feel comfortable the furnace can make the winter. Would highly recommend Kennilhan. Great company.
