Customer service was very good. I didn't like the fact that the vehicle needed a back end alignment. During the inspection I received notification that everything was in good shape. Then received another notification that there was something that needed immediate attention which was the alignment issue. I sent a response back on the app and text message to go ahead and fix it. When it was time to check out I was only charged for the oil change. I asked if the alignment was done and was informed it hadn't so I was now waiting... read more

This service visit went extremely well. We actually got in about 20 minutes early. We were kept informed, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Mr. Timmons kept us informed on progress of service.
