Overall I had a good experience. The reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star is due to dirt being on my cloth seats (driver and passenger side.) It's like they didn't put down the protective sheets before they sat in my car. I had to go home and use cloth cleaner to get the dirt out. Lastly, I had my 3 children with me and when we got in the car to leave there was a screw and my insurance card laying on the floor board.
