I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. The weather got bad and Kenny Kent was very accommodating to reschedule. After rescheduling, I had to make a last minute doctor's appointment which conflicted with my oil change appointment. Again, Kenny Kent was extremely accommodating. During my appointment, the service center indicated I needed an alignment. After the alignment I could feel the differnce in steering the truck. I am glad they discovered the issue
